Since 1996, Great Northeast Productions, Inc. has been a leader in the logistics, site coordination and production of mass gatherings. Among these events were multi-day music and camping events that were staged in remote locations where the company built and maintained the equivalent of small cities with populations of 50,000-100,000.
As part of the GNP team, Beverly Napior coordinated the catering for the staff and performers. This involved as many as three on-site dining areas which provided three hot meals per day serving over 3,000 meals per day and box meals which were sent to the staff in the field. In 2003, GNP collaborated with Al and Wendy Charpentier of Classic Cuisine Concessions Co. to create an “in-house” concessions management team. The result of this very successful collaboration established the catering and concessions divisions of GNP Field Services.
Today GNP Field Services offers full service catering, concessions and event management. The company can provide fully equipped and staffed mobile and/or field kitchens, complete dining facilities and experienced management staff in the areas of Administration, Box Office, Site Coordination and Production Management. Our menus are varied and tailored to the needs of the individual client. GNPFS knows that a happy staff is a well fed staff and we do this with an eye to quality and budget.
