Our highly experienced team provides concessions management to maximize profits through professional service, fair pricing and flexibility to meet the client’s demands. Having been in the field for numerous events both large and small, GNPFS knows that a profitable venue is one that looks great and serves the needs of its audience with efficiency and variety. GNPFS works with the client in choosing the appropriate type and quantity of food and beverage vendors.

GNP Field Services has been instrumental in the strategic planning and implementation to the concessions systems at events along the east coast. We work in partnership with your company and event staff. Our mission is to offer a variety of food and beverage vendors to meet the specific needs of your event. We carefully review and screen all concessions applicants. Evaluation and interviews are based on menu, professionalism, health and safety requirements, aesthetics and references. We have an established relationship with over 75 nationwide professional, licensed concessionaires.

  • Provide appropriate amount and diverse selection of food and beverage vendors including international cuisine, organic, vegetarian/vegan and solar vendors
  • Secure all permits and ensure that Health Department regulations are adhered to
  • Contract all vendors to include proper insurance coverage
  • Work with the client to provide the desired aesthetic through uniformity in tents, fencing and signage
  • Upon client request, require all vendors to use receycled/earth friendly products to the specifications of the client, such as, but not lmited to: cups, plates, napkins, utensils, etc.
