With over 20 years of staff experience in catering at outdoor events, GNP Field Services offers a range of catering and hospitality support tailored to your needs. Flexibility, quality service and a wide variety of delicious and health conscious menu selections have been the hallmark of our commitment to each client.

We provide ServSafe certified chefs and experienced staff who are expert in creating a warm and inviting dining environment with friendly and courteous service. All meals are freshly prepared using quality ingredients and local products whenever possible.

We offer customized menus designed for taste and budget with regional American, ethnic, vegetarian and vegan menu options.

• Fully equipped and staffed mobile and/or field kitchen(s)
• Complete dining facilities
• Box Meals
• Coordinate all permitting and health department inspections
• Recycling: we support the efforts of the client in using environmentally friendly practices through the recycling of glass, cans and cardboard and the composting of vegetable matter; we also use recycled materials and bio-friendly cleaning products whenever possible
• Upon client's request, coordinate donation of unused food product
• Sample menus available on request
